Well it’s just over 9 weeks to our favourite time of year! Yippee!
Anyway, welcome to another of my product reviews of one of our fantastic UK Christmas World products! In this series of blogs I’m unpacking and taking a closer look at some of our wonderful festive decorations, and this week it’s the turn of our White & Silver Lit Parcels which are NEW to our festive range this year! I really liked the look of this decoration so I was really looking forward to getting a closer look today!

When I first got my hands on this product, I was very impressed with how neatly they are packed. They compact together really well when not in use, each parcel stacking inside another, which will make them really easy to store in their original box when the festive season is over!
Once everything has been emptied out, you can see that there’s everything you’ll need to get these set up and ready to go. This is a mains powered decoration, which will also save on hunting down batteries upon set up!
I really loved the colours and materials of these parcels. The gems on the parcel ribbons and bows will add a touch of glam to your home this festive season, and I know these would look great in a modern home!
There’s the tiniest bit of assembly to do before we can fully enjoy this decoration, which just comes in the form of sticking the bows on!
These attach to the top of the 3 parcels with Velcro which I think is a great idea, as again makes it much better when it comes to storage!
This is super easy to do and takes literally seconds! Simply match up the different sized bows to the different sized parcels and press into place!
Now everything is set up, it’s time to switch those lights on!
These will create a wonderful, cosy glow in the home this Christmas. I think warm white lights are the best for this effect, just like the ones that are wrapped around the parcels!
The addition of the lights makes these parcels sparkle even more, with the LEDs illuminating the glittery trim! These will certainly add something special to your festive display this year!
Even though the parcels are attached together with the cables, they are still quite versatile as you can arrange the different sized boxes in a variety of ways, to add you own unique twist!...
I think these will look stunning in any home this Christmas, whether you love modern or traditional styles! I can just imagine them placed next to a Christmas tree with matching silver decorations, for a perfect wintry look. Or these would look equally as pretty in a window display!
